Introduction To Physical, Mental & Spiritual Health:-

This website is designed to be a free information source for the service of humanity. It will be concentrating on the basic principles necessary to maintain vibrant physical, mental and spiritual health, with the emphasis on preservation of health. Prevention of disease is a far more successful and economical approach than trying to cure it. The great challenge is to help people to understand this message before they become ill.

A Few Basic Principles.

1)The reason for tying the three things together; physical, mental and spiritual, will become quite obvious as some of the articles presented are read. The fact is that they all very much affect each other. If one section becomes deficient, the other sections suffer.

2) In any community, when good laws are not respected, there is chaos. So it is with health and natural law. Sickness comes as a result of a chaotic condition resulting from not respecting natural laws. The natural law of gravity is very necessary, but respect it and keep within its bounds. If you ignore it and jump off a building or a cliff, it could result in serious injury or even death. Nature's laws are a protection to those who live in harmony with them. Our Creator's natural and moral Laws only become a burdensome yoke to those who prefer to ignore them; usually because they think they are better off without law. The conditions in many countries that have become lawless should wake us up to the fact that good laws are very necessary.

3) Our Creator also gave us the 10 Commandments, (the great Moral Law) which are a wall of protection to those who live by them; but a burdensome yoke to those who refuse to respect them. When men attempt to change any of them, they cause chaos. It is like a vehicle driver who decides to be rebellious for some reason or other, and starts driving on the wrong side of the road. We all know what would happen because it has been tried many times. These law breakers, look upon the law as a burdensome yoke and of course it is their rebellion against the law that makes it such. If all drivers respected this law, it would prove to be a safeguard against injury or death. The same principle applies to the laws of physical, mental and spiritual health. If only these basic principles would be remembered at all times, and practised, sickness of any type would be very rare. If Adam and Eve and their offspring had respected God's laws, there would have never been any sickness or death.

4) The Golden Rule states:- "Whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them". In modern language:- "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." If every person lived by this principle (law) there would be no strife in the whole world. All would be happy by keeping this law. This Golden Rule is the words of Jesus Christ and may be seen in the Bible: Matthew 7:12.

5) Any person attempting to change or delete any of our Great Creator's laws may expect to experience what is written in Revelation 22:18-19. Satan was the first created being to rebel against God's law and by so doing he declared he had a better system of government than his Creator. If we support any person or organisation who is involved in this rebellion against God, we are giving our allegiance to Satan.
